My favorite Christmas memory was when I was little and my family and I went to Lake Arrowhead. As we got there, I remember seeing the big blue lake, shimmering in the sun and the trees, coved with fresh untouched snow. At night, I remember being with my grandparents on the cold patio looking at the snow covered trees surrounding our house. The next day as my mom, dad and grandparents took me to see Santa, I remember being so nervous that my brain wouldn't let me think while we were driving though the snowy town, covered in Christmas decorations. As I walked up to Santa, I remember him picking me up and sitting me down on his warm lap. I remember seeing his bright red suit standing out from all of the white snow outside and his minty breath that smelled like candy canes washing over me. Christmas in Lake Arrowhead with my family is a memory that I will never forget.
